I would give 100 stars if I could. Last Friday while on vacation from Texas, my daughters, who lives in Ft Collins, Kona started over heating while in Denver. I contacted the dealerships that were close to us in Denver and no one was interested in helping us. The earliest any of the 3 dealers I contacted would even look at the vehicle was 3rd week of Jan. and could not get us a loaner vehicle for that long. I called Hyundai of Greeley and spoke with Brianna. She was UNBELIEVABLY helpful! She secured a loaner vehicle so we switched the towing to Greeley. Once we arrived, Brianna, Brett and Russ were the most friendly service advisors that I have come across, and I work for a Dealer Group that has a Hyundai dealership and personally drive a Genesis. The icing on the cake was, after a very frustrating afternoon my daughter let her phone in the ladies restroom. I called the dealership and Ana answered the phone. I explained the situation, she located the phone for us. This was 5 minutes before they closed and we were 40 minutes away. So she said she would hide the phone in a vehicle for us and went as far as taking a video of where she put it and wrapped it up in a rag to protect it. I have been in the car business for a long time and have never experience a group of people that have gone out of there way as these 4 did. I can only imagine how their sales department is. If you are looking for a Hyundai and live within 2 hours of Greeley, I would make them your first call! My daughters lease is up in April and we will be flying to Denver and getting her next vehicle at Hyundai of Greeley, even though I get would get a better deal here at my dealership! More

Loved our salesman, but the service department is very rude and won’t work to get us in, we live 4 hours away and really need our remote to work! Excellent customer service from sales to service. I had my first oil change and a recall fixed and instead of it taking 3 hours they were done in 1.5 hours. They did a great job. I called the service department and was told they don’t do that. It’s a little frustrating, but it didn’t take away from their service. More
