Excellent buying experience We had the best buying experience we've ever had, anywhere. Salesman, George, was welcoming, very helpful, attentive listener about our desires and " We had the best buying experience we've ever had, anywhere. Salesman, George, was welcoming, very helpful, attentive listener about our desires and "must haves" on a new vehicle. He showed us a wide range of vehicles per our description and price point. He accompanied us on a test drive and explained all the available features and answered all our questions. On our return we looked at some other vehicles and chose the one we wanted. Their appraiser assessed the value of our trade and it a fair appraisal. We thought about it overnight and called the following morning to tell them we'd take it. The paperwork process was simple and easy. The finance manager, Terry, was very thorough, helpful and expedient without any pressure. All the features were explained to us and we were assured that if we had any questions or concerns to please call them. I'd have to say we had a perfect buying experience.
