Impressed I'd dragged my feet in shopping for a new car because of past experiences with auto dealers which usually never approached being pleasant. My salesma I'd dragged my feet in shopping for a new car because of past experiences with auto dealers which usually never approached being pleasant. My salesman (Patrick Skinner) probably spent more time truly helping me and ascertaining my needs than all the previous salespeople at other dealerships for my 20+ cars over the last 55+ years. He was honest and attentive and did his best to assist in getting the deal done. Maybe this was because he truly knows his product and cares about it. Marcus (manager?) was also helpful and businesslike. Unlike another local dealer (not Hyundai), he didn't try to get an inordinate amount of information on my first visit even after I'd told the salesperson that I wasn't interested in their products. Finally, the process of getting a new Elantra didn't drag on nearly as loing as this "few minutes" of survey has. More
