Professional & Fast I responded to a used car ad on Craigslist and was professionally greeted by Marcus over the phone. I informed him that we would be traveling from La I responded to a used car ad on Craigslist and was professionally greeted by Marcus over the phone. I informed him that we would be traveling from Lakewood to Greeley, they had the vehicle prepared for our arrival. They also helped entertained our two younger children. This was probably one of the quickest sales we have ever experienced. Throughout the sale, Scott was very friendly and we never felt pressured in any way. We highly recommend anyone to make stop at Hyundai of Greeley, whether it's for a new or used car from near or far, it's definitely worth the extra mile for their over the top service. These guys are amazing! Our son needed a new car and was interested in the Hyundai Sport. We visited Hyundai of Greeley and were totally blown away by the service and person Our son needed a new car and was interested in the Hyundai Sport. We visited Hyundai of Greeley and were totally blown away by the service and personal attention given us by the Marcus the manager and Scott the salesman. Scott was amazing taking plenty of time to show our son the car, explaining everything in detail. He was so friendly and was in no rush and certainly wasn't high pressure. We never felt pressured by anyone there to buy their car. When our son decided this is the car he wanted, the whole "closing" process took no time at all. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in northern Colorado interested in a Hyundai. More

Very poor customer service, entirely unhelpful After Hyundai of Greeley trading me out of a brand new Hyundai that was full of problems, many caused by them I am back in another brand new Hyundai p After Hyundai of Greeley trading me out of a brand new Hyundai that was full of problems, many caused by them I am back in another brand new Hyundai purchased from them that also has several problems, some caused by them. Management staff entirely unreasonable and very untrustworthy. Salespeople honestly do not thoroughly know the features of the products they are sellin and couldn't even tell me how the smart key system worked in the event of a dead fob battery in my first Hyundai. I was never shown how any of the safety features such as lane departure warning system, adaptive cruise control or blind spot intervention system. I wasn't even offered the courtesy of having help setting up a destination on the navigation system or how to even pair my phone via Bluetooth. I was truly given no instruction on how anything worked. The car had scratches in the paint that were buffed out in a hurry by a secondary shop that Hyundai of Greeley hires out. I was not able to inspect the cars paint after this repair was made as it was dark outside and I wasn't even offered a well lit area to inspect the vehicle. After arriving home late at night I pulled into my garage and noticed that the car had been over buffed and some of the paint had been stripped off of the rear spoiler near where the scratches had been buffed out. The manager actually insinuated that I damaged my brand new car and was trying to cause problems for them. These people will tell you anything to get you to purchase a car, don't waste your time, please go anywhere else, their deals may seem good, but there is very little or no after sales support. To make the situation even better, their service department is equally as bad, if not worse than their sales and leasing department. More

Never pushy or rushed, Patrick conveyed a sense of commitment to gaining my business by his genuine friendliness and great follow-up with my endless questions over phone, text or email. Patrick took pride in his work, was reliable and a real pleasure to meet. I really appreciated his patience in demonstrating all the new tech features on this fabulous vehicle. The Genesis has as smooth and quiet drive as my former Mercedes S500 - better my husband believes. Each staff member I spoke with over the phone were helpful, considerate and meet my every need with efficiency and courtesy. I purchased my Genesis sight unseen, and found all the internet and email information accurate with no surprises - other than total delight! Having driven either Lexus or Mercedes for the last 35 years, I am now officially a Fan of the Hyundai Genesis and will not look elsewhere in the future! More
