Exceptional Customer service and Professionalism. You know there are plenty of Hyundai dealerships in the metro area, yet the one's I look a didn't have the specific vehicle I was looking for. Which was a 2013+ Genesis Coupe, which is a very niche market vehicle. When I called and asked if vehicle was still available it was, Since I live in Arvada, its quite a long drive never been to Greeley, when I got there it was a small dealership to say the least. So I had low expectations, but was I surprised, met up with Scott Adeler. Whom broke down the walls and made me feel comfortable, calm, and excited about Hyundai. Now a professional, like this knows how to handle this specific type of customer. On the test we talked about normal things, not so much the car. Because this type of customer knows all the ins and outs of said vehicle. I would say its like buying from a trusted friend someone who knows you giving you the truth. The financing, is top notch got excellent advice, and recommendations based off my needs. This whole process took less than 2 hours including test drive, it actually took me longer to drive there and back. Found the vehicle I wanted! I was looking for a specific Santa Fe, they found it and brought it from the other dealership in New Jersey! I was dealing with 2 other dealerships trying to do the same thing for me and they were the ones able to get it done without gouging me on the shipping fee. They gave me everything in writing, including a copy of the window sticker for the vehicle that was being shipped here so I could verify it had everything I was looking for. I got the vehicle I wanted with options I wanted but would not have paid for all for the price I expected to pay without the options! More
