Maintenance Called for appt for recall and told them hatch keeps falling down. Went in for appt and they didn’t have the hatch part. Went 2 days later after they Called for appt for recall and told them hatch keeps falling down. Went in for appt and they didn’t have the hatch part. Went 2 days later after they called and said that part was in. Went in to have part put on and they ordered the wrong part. I waited for them to drive to Columbia to get the part. The people who checks you In were great but there should of been no excuse for the wrong part since they saw the car two days before. More
