"Nice dealership. Paperwork isn’t their strong suit "
My credit score was 847 and the APR on my loan they told me was 4.25%. That percent didn’t seem correct. When The finance manager called the credit union they said it was correct. After a few days passed I was still bothered by the high interest rate. I called my credit union and they re-reviewed the paperwork and the dealership made an error. They asked who the finance manager at the dealership spoke with and I didn’t know. Because of the dealerships error my husband and I had to take time off of work and redo ALL of the loan paperwork. I called the finance manager to let him know about the error and he didn’t seem to u derstand what I was explaining. He kept offering to bring me new paperwork to sign.
Amazing dealership, caring staff and wonderful sales reps. Couldn't have felt better. Made my car buying experience easy. Would highly recommend Hyundai for sure. Daniel was amazing.
