Warranty Repair Hyundai was great about taking care of the warranty repair on my engine. It took longer to repair than I would have liked, two months to be exact, but Hyundai was great about taking care of the warranty repair on my engine. It took longer to repair than I would have liked, two months to be exact, but they did provide a rental during that time. I would have appreciated more communication during the process to establish expectations and a time frame. I had to make a number of calls to have questions answered and sometimes messages went unanswered. More

The service center was ok Took my Kia here because the Kia dealership closed and this service center belongs to the same group here in JC. They were nice, found out that they Took my Kia here because the Kia dealership closed and this service center belongs to the same group here in JC. They were nice, found out that they could only do your general maintenance for my car. I needed an oil change so I got one. Nothing special could have gone to Jiffy lube and got a better deal and other stuff that Jiffy lube does for their oil changes. The service tech was nice and the place was clean,. But if you have a Kia you have to go to the dealership in Columbia MO for any thing major. More

Service review The “text” communication system doesn’t work . I’ve had to pay to have my emergency brake adjusted again for $33.33 and high beam headlights needed to The “text” communication system doesn’t work . I’ve had to pay to have my emergency brake adjusted again for $33.33 and high beam headlights needed to be adjusted again for another $33.33 . Service was completed in 1 1/2 hours . Derek was very nice when we arrived and again when we left . He said he would look into the communication system malfunctioning . I ask him about my ability to buy a new Genesis in the future and was told at this time Jefferson City Hyundai would not be able to sell it as they didn’t have the franchise. I felt my overall experience had dropped from a 5 to a 4 since my purchase 4 years ago. Derek was great , service was completed on time but general atmosphere and someone to drive us a few blocks to Longhorn Steakhouse never appeared. I love the car and will be buying a G50 next year if I don’t have to drive 3 hours or more to do so . More
