Oil Change and Tire rotation First off 20 dollars for a tire rotation is crazy. I bought a car in 2016 and had 6 free tire rotations this time would have been #6. I'm so tired of fighting with this company to get what is owed to me. THEY MADE ME PAY FOR IT. I have 1 free oil change left from the General manager for a unrelated problem with JC Autoplex and then I will not be back to this service center. Btw my front tires were at 41 psi and my back tires were at 35. My car calls for 33 all around! Ps. More
Brake issues. Was pleasant dealing with New Service Manager/ and Tyson, but Mike ( I think that's his name, he is a sales manager ) was very unpleasant. He allowed things to escalate very quickly instead of doing his due diligence for me, the customer. I initially spoke with Jacob, he did some research into the issue and left me a voice mail, I was returning his call to let him know that what the service manager had said and what he was telling me, were conflicting, but when I called he was not available so someone transferred me to Mike.(He acted as if he had knowledge and access to something he don't and then lied to me about it.) I will be very hesitant to come back and purchase any other vehicle, if this how the sales managers are allowed to treat their customers. More
