Disapointed I choose to bring my Genesis sedan to this dealer. I had a service person who knew me..my car and made sure everything was perfect. I had to request my car be washed and vacuumed and even then it didn't get done. Yes I was offered to c ok me back and get it done but I am not going to take 1.5 hours to drive into town. The advertised 29 minute or less oil change took over 1 hr. I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but I will be going elsewhere for service in the future. The best service you will ever have Had to get my Azzera inspected for license and did it at a local shop. They told me the right front ball joint needed replaced.
