Since day one I felt like I was being screwed. And I was. The people personally were just doing their job which I understand but example my vehicle was leaking coolant and i took it to them. Long story short i paid 108 to have them look at and tell me i needed a new hose, i live over a hour away, wanted to use my warranty that wasnt approved for hoses but said it was and when my father in law looked at it. It just needed to be tighter. Hasnt leaked since. It was my daughters birthday. I wasted 4 hours that day before i said xxxx it and left and they kept my vehicle overnight for all of this! They waited until 5:28 to call me. 2 minutes before they closed, ironic thats when warranty told them no it wasnt covered. More
