Just yesterday (2017), I drove to Jefferson City from two hours away for a very important appointment and was stranded there (with my puppy) by a malfunction in my engine. It was a beat-the-clock moment! Their team squeezed my car into their busy day's schedule, fixed it by the time they said they would, and got me on the road back home with a great-sounding engine and a lot of pickup! In addition, they put up with my nervous pacing while they worked and were respectful and friendly throughout. It was a stressful day for me, and in addition to the great service, Lisa made me feel very much at home. I always appreciate the service I get at Jefferson City Hyundai. They take care of me. More

Going the extra mile I dropped off my azera off for service after it had thrown multiple codes. When I picked it up I experienced the same problem. The part that was replaced had not only failed but had sent a piece into the engine which was affecting the timing advance.. Devon the service writer was great and easy to work with even though I was very fraustrated. He offered to supply the labor which was a lot of hours and I would pay for the parts. I came by and saw they had my engine tore down the second time. I felt like they bent over backwards to take care of me and earn my trust. After talking with the mechanic I feel they have the customers best interest at heart and are good at what they do. Ask for Devon he will take care of you. More
