I took my vehicle in to get a new tire. We had a flat the night before. When I got there I was told I needed a new wheel. Okay so I order one and it will come in the next morning and I can pick it up in the night before. When I got there I was told I needed a new wheel. Okay so I order one and it will come in the next morning and I can pick it up in the afternoon. The wheel never shows up and I also don't get a phone call. I have to call three separate times to find out that I don't need a wheel, it's good but I actually need a new tire. So by this point its 5pm and all I want is my car. They did fix it and I did get it but the communication wasn't good. I understand errors and mistakes happen though. I will still be back as a customer. More
