We did a great deal of research on-line about various crossover SUV's and we learned about the Hyundai Santa Fe. Well I have to say that the folks at Hyundai of Keene must be really great at their jobs. I wasn't even in the market for a new car but my wife and I ended up with one anyway. After my last auto purchase I vowed to never work with a dealership again. All the people here treated us like family. And I have a pretty good xx detector and they truly appear to be genuine. Mr. Blake was the most honest, open salesman I have ever had the pleasure to make a purchase from. And I didn't even feel like shoving any paperwork down the throat of the finance manager Brian Battersby. In fact I actually enjoyed that part of the purchase as well. And to top it off, they even "got" my unique sense of humor. Of course the sales part is over and the real test will come when the service has to start. If I thought that was going to be an issue I would have never signed on the dotted line. Our 2013 Sonata is a nice car and, quite frankly, 0% financing for 72 months made it even more attractive. We went in looking for a car that was within our budget and we felt that Kenny and Paul really listened to what we were looking for and what we overall wanted. And when we weren't able to make it in on a Saturday to sign our paperwork and pickup our car because our little one was sick they arranged to bring it all to us! We had an excellent experience and will be going back in the future for our next car! We've been to other dealers in the past and have had some success but never felt like they really listened to us like Kenny and Paul did at Hyundai of Keene. More
Dennis the salesman was excellent VERY friendly and kind and he was not pushy like other dealerships(example: Ford dealers are very pushy) also Brian Battersby the Finance and Insurance Manager was VERY and he was not pushy like other dealerships(example: Ford dealers are very pushy) also Brian Battersby the Finance and Insurance Manager was VERY VERY honest, down to earth to be honest this was my best car buying experience EVER what also amazed me and my son got there at 1pm at 6pm we were driving away with my new car which was super kool as in past I had to wait sometimes a week before I got the new car after all papers where signed. I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO WANTS A HYUNDAI BUY HERE More

I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata with a 2012 Scion IQ. Trade in value was fair, (about 1,000 below ADA value), price was the best using an extensive search with CAR-GURU. A very positive experience given my location in Barre Vt. Car was picked up and returned for the certification process. Registration was also handled by them. Complaint about (subtle) tire noise was fixed. The firm is very well managed but there is a little problem with the phone answering response of inquires. George Cheroff More
