My experience at Hyundai of Keene was great from the minute I pulled into their parking lot to the day I drove out of their parking lot with my beautiful new Hyundai Sonata. My salesman was Coty and when he saw my boyfriend and I looking at cars in the lot he immediately came out and greeted us as most salesmen do. Unlike many other salesmen I've been approached by Coty was not pushy, and let me explain to him exactly what I was looking for. Coty and the manager worked together and were able to offer me a great deal for the car I wanted. Hyundai didn't have the exact car with the interior I was looking for so they went out of there way to locate the car I was looking for and bring it back for me. The entire time I was purchasing the car I did not feel uncomfortable, pressured, or like I was being scammed. I believe I got a great price and warranty on the car I wanted and I would definitely recommend anyone buying a new car to get it from Hyundai of Keene. More

He was knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and humorous. Being a retired teacher, I appreciated his clear explanations and his habit of checking for understanding, "Am I making sense here?" He did not speak too quickly, and he made excellent eye contact with both of us (Some sales people only make eye contact with the man.). I was quite sick with bronchitis the first time we stopped by. Chris was very empathetic making sure I had tea to help me feel better. Yes, we did buy a new Santa Fe. Again, Chris was an excellent teacher when he explained all the new features making sure we understood everything before we drove away. Brian in financing was friendly, highly-organized, and very efficient. He is a master at paperwork, making sure every form is completed correctly. We had a very satisfying experience with everyone at Hyundai of Keene. We will be coming back again when we buy another car! More
