I found the Elantra I wanted here in Burlington, VT but we were waiting on the insurance settlement from my accident and the car was sold. Not knowing when they would get any more in, I searched cars.com we were waiting on the insurance settlement from my accident and the car was sold. Not knowing when they would get any more in, I searched cars.com and found the same car at Hyundai of Keene. I sent a request through their website and received a call within minutes from Cathy. Within a couple days our claim was settled and I contacted Cathy to find out if the car was still available and luckily it was. Cathy put me in contact with Dan Jenkins who helped get paperwork to our bank for the financing and get everything set for us to come down and pick up the car. We pulled in the lot on Saturday afternoon and my car was sitting there waiting for me. Everyone was friendly, helpful and I am so appreciative of all the work they did without our even stepping foot on the lot. Dan and Alex were great and we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I drove my car for the first time when leaving their lot. It truly was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. More
