This is the second time that I've bought a vehicle from Jim Scarborough. The last time, he assisted another sales representative. This time, I was able to work one-on-one with Jim. What I like most about Jim is his genuineness. Not only is he down-to-earth and forthright, but he does NOT use any of the expressions or intonations that car salesmen are known for -- the ones that make so many consumers cringe. Instead of selling me a 2012 Sonata Limited from the used car lot, Jim suggested that I purchase a new, 2013 model so that I could take advantage of 0.9% interest for 72 months and because I had so much negative equity to bury. This was an excellent suggestion -- not only am I very pleased with the car, the interest savings resulted in a lower payment than if I'd gone with the 2012. In purchasing a new vehicle, I was able to choose the color and options package that works best for me. More

I went to the dealership for a service on our other Hyundai. While waiting I strolled around the grounds looking at the new 2013 Santa Fe to see what improvements were added. Jimmie is soft spoken, knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, easy to speak with and a pleasure. I was not looking to buy, more to see what options were available. In the end, not only was it the Hyundai product that sold me, it was the "Excellent" customer service Jimmie provided. The customer service did not stop right there. Jimmie has kept in touch with me to make sure I am happy, but most of all that I am getting the most out of my vehicle.
