I visited the dealership twice and on both occasions all the employees were very friendly, helpful, and reasonable. Gary Buttram worked with me on getting the best deal I could for a new 2013 Hyundai Elantr the employees were very friendly, helpful, and reasonable. Gary Buttram worked with me on getting the best deal I could for a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT by setting me up with payments that I was comfortable with and giving me a general financial overview of what I'll be buying and getting. Sam Janjooa showed me the cars the first time I visited and gave me a good general overview of three separate cars I was interested in. I tested drove two of them and he explained the difference and payoff between the two. He helped me come to a decision on what was right for me. On my second visit, we arrived very late to the dealership, close to closing time but due to scheduling on my behalf, it was the only time that I could. They were very, very understanding about it and stayed open to accommodate me and my needs. This time, I dealt with sales associate Phil Lombardi and he helped me get through all the closing of the deal and a lot of the paperwork. He also showed me the features of the car and went over all the basics before I drove it off the lot. He had a very nice, relaxing atmosphere and was extremely helpful. We were about to joke around a bit. I felt very comfortable with him and as a first time car buyer, that's important. It means I can ask all the obvious questions and not feel stupid about it! He helped me narrow down my list of must haves and alerted me to deals that fit my criteria. Bill Haggerty took me for a test drive and did an excellent job of teaching me the Santa Fe and it's features. I am so very happy with my new car and Cherokee Huyndai! We visited Cherokee Hyundai as a repeat customer. We had gotten a 2011 Elantra which we had thoroughly enjoyed, however, due to recent circumstances, and the great incentives Hyundai currently had for a new gotten a 2011 Elantra which we had thoroughly enjoyed, however, due to recent circumstances, and the great incentives Hyundai currently had for a new 2013 Elantra, we thought it was a good time to trade up. Natalie, Emily and Cassie were in contact with us before we made it out to the dealership, making sure we knew which incentives we may qualify for and making sure someone would be available to help us upon our arrival. We ended up making it to the dealership rather late in the evening but the team including Terrance and James stayed with us even two hours after closing to make sure we had everything we needed and get us on our way in a new car. The whole experience was really delightful and we never felt rushed in the way. More
