We liked him very much because he was not pushy and he found an SUV that had all the things I was interested in getting. She was very sweet, not pushy, and very helpful! Unfortunately, the cars I saw online had already sold; however, Cassie went above and beyond to see what she could do to get me in a car! I told her what I could afford, and she made it happen for me! Once I arrived at the dealership, Jim was there to greet me. He introduced me to Cassie- who was just was sweet in person as she was over the phone. Jim took me on a test drive, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with what I was purchasing. Scott was kind enough to introduce himself and explain the payment options to me. Marc handled the paperwork and he was great- just like everyone else I dealt with.
