I had narrowed my vast car search down to two cars, both made by Hyundai. I appreciated that Sohail, our sales person, didn't steer us toward one particular vehicle, but gave us his opinion of the pros and made by Hyundai. Sohail was patient and attentive and made the car buying experience fun and easy. I had gone to a total of four Hyundai dealerships, visiting three of them twice and finally made the purchase of our new Veloster at Cherokee due to their service and the positive feel I got from Scott and the way he treated us as customers. He and Sohail were there for us and didn't give us the feeling that they were doing us a favor by selling us a car (like one of the dealerships I went to). I was able to negotiate a similar deal at another dealership, but drove back across town to make our purchase at Cherokee. Well worth a visit, Cherokee Hyundai has brought customer service to the world of car buying. More

Sam was low pressure and only showed me what I wanted without trying to push me into another car. My husband and I went to Cherokee Hyundai last Saturday not knowing what exactly we wanted to do. We had a 2012 Sonata SE that we purchased in Dec. 2011 and loved it but found out we were stuck with the " not knowing what exactly we wanted to do. We had a 2012 Sonata SE that we purchased in Dec. 2011 and loved it but found out we were stuck with the "Birthday Tax" unless we traded. We took up half of the day with Jim Scarborough weighing our options and looking at several vehicles from a lateral trade to trade ups before making a decision. Jim was very patient and offered several suggestions to assist us but never made us feel rushed or pressured in any way! We left in a 2013 Sonata SE but with Turbo and a Nav package! I came in most recently for service without an appointment and the service staff was friendly and accommodating and friendly and were able to work my car in right away.
