First car for 16 year old daughter. The sales person was very nice and professional. The only negative thing I have to say is the features of the vehicle were not explained very clearly The sales person was very nice and professional. The only negative thing I have to say is the features of the vehicle were not explained very clearly. We chose a basic package that we wanted in the Elantra in charcoal grey. We were told that color was not available in that package, so we went with silver. The sales person did not try to up-sale us or explain the difference in pricing if we looked at the charcoal vehicle. We would have probably paid more for the color we wanted if you would have explained the difference in package and pricing. Overall the experience was very good and comfortable. I will recommend your dealership to others. More
