The experience with Hyundai was the best overall experience a customer can ask for. From first shopping online, reviewing models and features, to scheduling a professional appointment with the dealership. I was quickly greeted and welcomed in the lot before I even got the door. I felt no pressure to buy what so ever. Terry and the team answered all of my questions without giving me the impression I was wasting their time by talking and not buying. After two days of discussion and reviewing options, I made a decision on Terry day off, he was completely comfortable with meeting me at the dealership to discuss the vehicles once again, after that, I made my decision and purchased my new '17 Hyundai Tuscon Sport!
