Good experience I went into the dealership with the intention of getting some information on a Hyundai Sonata. My lease on an Elantra was running out and I wanted to I went into the dealership with the intention of getting some information on a Hyundai Sonata. My lease on an Elantra was running out and I wanted to get into a larger vehicle as I had a Sonata before the Elantra. I was greeted by Brett as I was walking in and felt very comfortable with his manner. We took a test drive in a Sonata and Brett was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It didn't take long to reach an agreement on the price so I decided to lease at this time. The whole process went very smooth. As this was the 3rd time I have leased from Hyundai of Kennesaw, I highly recommend this dealership. More

Scam artists I have owned a 2012 Hyundai Sonata for 2 years and during that time have replaced the battery 3 times. Clearly, there is some sort of power draw goin I have owned a 2012 Hyundai Sonata for 2 years and during that time have replaced the battery 3 times. Clearly, there is some sort of power draw going on which kills the battery. On 3 different occasions while it was still under warranty, I brought the car into Hyundai of Kennesaw to check for a power draw . Each time they checked out the electrical system but were not able to find the cause. On the service order dated 12/9/16 they wrote "Performed current draw test no draw on system causing battery to die. Normal operation at this time will have to return with problem occuring to diag further." I expressed concern that the warranty would soon be up on the vehicle and I would like to have the problem resolved before that. I was told not to worry because they would be able to look back on the service record and see that the electrical problem occurred well before the warranty expired. I trusted that was true. I returned on 2/20/17 with the same problem. After 2 days they called and said that they were unable to perform a draw test without reinstalling the remote start key fob which would cost $650. How did they perform a draw test the other 3 times? No one could give me a satisfactory explanation. The vehicle has been out of warranty for a week. I am afraid they have been stalling addressing the issue just so that they could charge me for repairs, I declined to have to accept their service and pay the $650. Still I had to pay $125 for a diagnostic charge. I took the vehicle to another shop and was told that Hyundai of Kennesaw was definitely trying to rip me off. If I have had the problem checked out 3 times with no successful results while it was under warranty, why are they wanting to charge me $650 now and tell me a while new story? I will see them in small claims court. More

I have reported the whole deal to the BBB now waiting for the forms to make a formal complaint More
