Customer Service Opportunity Two days ago I wrote a review of Hyundai of Kennesaw that was less than complimentary. I had had a two day experience with attempting to buy a new ca Two days ago I wrote a review of Hyundai of Kennesaw that was less than complimentary. I had had a two day experience with attempting to buy a new car from them. The process fell apart when the dealership noticed an error in the pricing that they quoted me. I was frustrated because a sales manager hadn't gotten involved to find out how we could still work out a deal. Well, it turned out that the sales manager attempted to reach me but had the wrong phone number. When I called the dealership to complain to the General Manager, their management team sprung into action. From Tea, the General Manager, to Mike the General Sales Manager there was a whirlwind of activity to include finalizing an acceptable price to me to treating me to VIP processing of the sale. Within 12 hours of working with the management team my wife and I were driving home in our new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. All I can say now is that the true test of a sales organization is how they react to a customer service problem and I can assure you that the team at Hyundai of Kennesaw is customer centric and will take good care of you. Buy a car from them, you'll be happy you did. More
