Two cars in two weeks I traded both my wife's car first and then mine a couple of weeks after that. The guys from the dealer were also very easy to work with and based on previous experiences it was a a quick process reaching to an agreeable price/package, etc. Both Austin and Ben treated us with respect and offered options in order to earn our business. My Hyundai Grand Experience The staff was excellent and professional in the way they handled my transaction, they gave me the car I wanted and car has my right expectations. The car was clean the sales person and the finance person as well as other people who assisted were nice and thorough in answering all my questions. It was a great recognition of the finance officer to have everything done before I took delivery. I recently had to take my new car back for servicing, and the service department and staff made me feel like they took genuine interest in me and my new transportation. I was a little bit distraught in having to bring my previous car to trade in, but I'm happy I brought it to the Kennesaw Hyundai dealership, they made the transition painless. The new Hyundai I choose, was comparable in convenience items, so there was very little drop off in quality. I look forward to a long relationship, Hyundai. They've earn my trust. As far as the car company itself I believe that Hyundai has come a long way in Quality. I love the fact that they are concern with a person's car buy experiences. I have a degree in Industrial Engineering, and I see the Car I purchase has being ergonomically friendly, as functionality and comfort meets. Coming to Hyundai, after being with Acura, Mazda and Land Rover has been I nice change, and so far has been the best value. More

Terrible I have purchased four total cars from this dealer. My most recent was a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited SE in May of 2016. Since then I have had I have purchased four total cars from this dealer. My most recent was a brand new 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited SE in May of 2016. Since then I have had numerous mechanical problems resulting in unsafe driving conditions for me and my family. I have taken my vehicle to Hyundai's service department five times now with the same concurring problem and have been given the same response and conclusion every time. My encounter with the service department has been very displeasing. They are very disrespectful and since have been neglectful towards my safety concerns. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More

Great Purchasing Experience I just purchased my second Hyundai on Saturday from Kennesaw. Both experiences were really great. Buying a car is never a completely enjoyable process I just purchased my second Hyundai on Saturday from Kennesaw. Both experiences were really great. Buying a car is never a completely enjoyable process; however, this dealership made both purchases easy to handle for the most part. I felt like they had my best interest in mind both times (that never happens at dealerships), and they never pressured me to buy what I couldn't afford or purchase unnecessary upgrades. I also really love their service department. They have always been incredibly nice and timely. Next time your looking at a Hyundai I would go to Kennesaw and ask for Raj! Thank you all! More
