Be careful I had multiple issues with this dealership during and immediately after purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I came into the dealership twice up to the purchase of our vehicle and a third time to pick up the vehicle. The first time we came in we were helped by John Johnston, who did an excellent job of showing us the cars on the lot that met our needs and interests. The second time, when we came in intending to make a purchase that day, the dealership was clearly understaffed and after at least a half hour of standing around and waiting to be seen by one of the dealership's sales staff, we were finally passed over to another salesperson, Chris. Please note that one service this dealership offers and seems to pride itself on is 'Lifetime Oil Changes', or as the sales staff refers to them, 'FREE Lifetime Oil Changes'. This is an important distinction, because the service was pitched at several points during the sales process - at one point I even asked John "are they actually free" to which he replied with something to the effect of "So long as you own the car and have that sticker (referring to a 3-foot wide sticker advertising their dealership) on the back window". We purchased our car on Saturday, September 24th. The car had to be transferred from another dealership in the metro area (less than 50 mi. away) and we were given many promises that "it will be here Sunday, Monday at the latest". Sunday comes and goes and no delivery - with the dealership staff telling us after the fact 'oh, no that other dealership is closed on Sunday'. Monday I have to contact the dealership, after they failed to give their promised update on the location of the car. At this point they don't even know where the car that we have purchased physically is, they claim that they are unable to contact anyone other than a 'secretary' at the transport company and have no delivery estimate. It was late Tuesday (the 27th) before the dealership was finally able to locate and deliver the car. I grant that this is only one day outside of their 'promised' delivery window, but if you can not deliver in two days or less, do not promise two days or less and then subject your customers to an extra day worth of confusion or indifference. On delivering the car, the dealership then turned us over to a third salesperson, Kamron. The only pleasant part of our interaction with him was that it ended. I understand that he felt that he had a certain obligation to show us the features of our newly purchased car, but he completely disregarded that I stated that we have owned a very similar Hyundai for almost three years and were familiar with all the features and proceeded to be as patronizing as possible, in one instance treating my wife (who worked her way through college driving buses and training bus drivers and still holds a Class B Commercial Driver's License) as if she had never even heard of cruise control before - a feature that has been standard on many cars for almost two decades. I sincerely hope that I never have to interact with Kamron again. Upon finally receiving the car and doing a final review of the invoice, there was an interesting surprise in the bill. It turns out that the 'Free' Lifetime Oil Changes were not free, they were a ~$200 charge that would never have been agreed to as part of the purchase. But congratulations to the dealership for 'sneaking it in'. This dealership works very hard to beg its customers to give it good ratings (on the day of the purchase we were approached by every individual that helped us during the process to go through them first if we felt as though they did not honestly deserve a '10'), but has extremely poor attention to detail, questionable business practices, employs at least one heinously rude salesperson, and generally has not demonstrated that they value customer loyalty or confidence. This may or may not be a 'bad' review, but I feel that it's an honest one. More

Stuck They did NOT help me. My goal was to lower my payment, when it actually went up a little. I am a diabetic on dialysis and was looking for help...afte They did NOT help me. I am NOT satisfied I got the best deal or that they really tried to lower payment but their goal was to sell a car. More

The negotiations were on a much more level playing field and starting with the dealer invoice. People buying luxury autos have different expectations. More
