Bought a 2016 genises coupe and was lied about upgrades that could be added. (Those people no longer work there) Waited 7 months to get a third party system put in doesn't work at all. Worked with them on a deal to buy a more expensive one that has what I want in it an more than what I want and they sold the car right in front of me to someone else. Had the general manager Scott Morris threaten to through us out because we were upset. I finally was able to work out a deal with Josh Hatch and his sales associate Chris Moore. The only ones willing to help me. Unfortunately they go through people so fast its hard to say what type of experience you will have. Ask for Josh or Chris if you are there if they aren't there don't wast your time. More
