We did not have to wait but only a hour or so to close the transaction. Everyone at the Kennesaw Hyundai dealership was very courteous and kind , those involved in our transaction made it through very effectively . My wife is like a kid in a candy store with her new Sante Fe that is Canyon Copper color , a very brilliant color that has metallic paint as the prime finish. Bait and Switch Typical dealership experience, did not have car in stock said they located one in another state. The following day no word from dealership so we call and assured by manager there was no issue getting vehicle. The next day again we have to reach out to dealership and was told car would be in the next day. So instead of car arriving on Mon it arrived on Wed. When we asked for the VIN number of the car it was not provided until we were already on our way to get car, we arrived at the dealership only to realize it did not have the features we requested. It was a different car than our contract, it came out of Tennessee not Birmingham. Two hours later after going back and forth we left with vehicle still missing features as we had to order those. Are you kidding me! there were numerous cars on the lot that had the cargo net and cover they could have taken and replaced. They chose not to and tried to charge us more than price listed on sticker. Overall bad experience, poor customer service. Go there if you want to spend your entire day haggling to get a reasonable price, otherwise would recommend another dealership More

2016 Veloster Turbo new car purchase I have been researching the 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo for approximately 4 months before finally stopping by for a test drive. I liked all the inform I have been researching the 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo for approximately 4 months before finally stopping by for a test drive. I liked all the information I had read about the vehicle and finally I was ready to buy a new one, to replace my 15 year old daily driver. I spoke with Nicole online internet sales and was in the ballpark on a figure but knew in person the deal would be better. I stopped by the 13th of August and met Will Armstrong and we went for a very nice test drive, nothing too racy but sporty enough to see what the Turbo version would do. Unfortunately for me, Will had an appointment minutes after coming back to the dealership so he introduced me to another salesman and we began discussions on out the door price. Out the door to me means tax, tag, title, dealer prep, etc. This salesman quickly got me to Kevin Shakur and a very friendly guy we again began negotiations on price. I had in my head what I wanted but we were still $1,500 difference. I was ready to head home and continue driving my 15 year old car when the owner Tee Arora came up and we haggled the price. Tee did his crunching of numbers and we came to a great conclusion. Next I met Hasaan in finance to see if he could get a better deal than I already had from my own bank. After several minutes, Hasaan found a better rate by a small fraction and I went with the deal. My car had already been taken down for detailing while we were filling out all the paperwork. The location of the dealership is minutes away from home so it will be easy to stop by for required maintenance. Tee has a beautiful building and everyone I met (approx. 10 people) at the dealership were very friendly. A note to car buyers after reading a lot of negative reviews. I noted that of the ones I read about 97% of the ones I read if the person(s) would have done their research they wouldn't be writing a negative review. I guess I'm the one type of person who will know inside and out what I am buying by doing tons of research. Thanks and have a great day. More
