Great Experience With a Great Salesman Ben Booker My wife and I came in to trade in our 2012 Hyundai Elantra for a 2017 Elantra Limited. We really enjoyed working with Ben he was very knowledgeable an My wife and I came in to trade in our 2012 Hyundai Elantra for a 2017 Elantra Limited. We really enjoyed working with Ben he was very knowledgeable and just all around a great guy. He did not pressure us. We test drove Saturday and then told him we would be back Sunday. He didn't try to keep us from leaving or push us to buy now. He just said "Great, I'll be here at 12, see you guys then". With a smile on his face. I shopped around Sunday morning and found 2015 at another dealership that I was 95% sure I was going to buy instead. We still came to talk to Ben one more time. I told Ben what I had found and he said well just make me an offer and give me a chance to earn your business. We made him an offer and he said "I'll be right back". I looked at my wife and said there's no way they will accept this. Ben came back with a pretty big smile on his face and said "we couldn't get quite that low but we got real close". We were happy.
