Good Experience at Kennesaw Hyundai Customer-service friendly staff. Hicham was very nice to work with. I think he was also working with another customer who came back later which I think made our wait a little too long. I don't think he was responsible for the $1000 difference in price that was on Truecar and what is advertise at the dealership. His superior probably told him to haggle with us over the price difference to get us the pay the extra $1000. Lucky for us, we brought the website printout and they eventually agreed to the Truecar price, if not, we would have walked! Otherwise, Hicham was very professional and did a great job. My wife loves the car. This is our 3rd Hyundai and we have been very please with its performance so. We will refer Hyundai to other customers. One other thing, we will probably bring our car to the Roswell Hyundai only because it is closer to our home. More
Price haggling. I really do not like to have to haggle for the best price of a vehicle. I felt that this process took too much of my time. Horrible Service Experience Cherokee Hyundai is the most unorganized, unprofessional business that I have dealt with to date. I will not be returning to this establishment for an Cherokee Hyundai is the most unorganized, unprofessional business that I have dealt with to date. I will not be returning to this establishment for another service or for future vehicle purchases. Last week, I drove the 30+ miles to Cherokee Hyundai to get my oil changed as well as have the technicians look at some issues I noticed regarding the back up camera and the driver’s seat. When I had arrived, I spoke with one of the service representatives, Ron, to let him know I needed an oil change as well as some concerns I had noticed with my Santa Fe. After going through everything, Ron said that he believed the maintenance would take a few hours. I told him that I don’t have a few hours to hang around the dealership as I have errands to run for the week. He understood and recommended that I come back next week, as he would be able to do those repairs/maintenance and have a car rental ready so I would not have to wait. I brought my Santa Fe back this week, per the conversation with Ron, to have my oil changed as well as the issues looked at. Ron did not seem to remember my requests or me until I had retold my story to him again. After getting my service request all written up, he forgot that I had needed a rental car. After reminding him AGAIN of the conversation we had, he made a phone call(s) to find a rental. When over 30 minutes go by for me waiting for a rental, I have to find out what is going on. He said that they should have been here and will call again. After waiting another 5-10 minutes, an Enterprise representative came to pick me up. After finding out that the rental was located next door, I became very upset. I could have walked there had I been properly informed/kept in the loop of what was going on. I went back to pick up my Santa Fe the very next day. After waiting for Ron to become free, he informed me that the oil was changed and said that he would get the paperwork for me. I then inquired to see if the tech was able to look at the other issues and he said that they look at the seat and it was fixed. I asked again to be reassured because I was told this before and had to come back in. He reassured me again. I then asked about the back up camera and he told me that it was not looked at. I had asked why it was not looked at as I had requested for it to be looked at. He did not have an answer for me. I finally just said I wanted my keys as well as the invoice to pay for the oil change. This was completely ridiculous! After 10 minutes, Ron finally found my keys and explained that everything was indeed looked at and that I should be all good to go. After being at home for a few hours today, I received a phone call from Ron saying that they needed to order a part for my seat because they did not have it in stock. He wanted to schedule a time for me to come back to properly fix my seat...yet again WHAT?! This overall experience has been the absolute worst. I have never had any issues with the Hyundai dealership I bought my vehicle from and am not able to understand why I suddenly am with Cherokee Hyundai. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid this dealership, as they will probably have to go through all the same headaches I did. More
