We felt we were fairly treated, received a fair price for our trade-in and was offered a good price initially without a lot of negotiating. Very poor customer service, very poor experience! I am very unhappy with the low quality of service I received during my sale and subsequent driving experience. I complained about very poor MPG (28/2 I am very unhappy with the low quality of service I received during my sale and subsequent driving experience. I complained about very poor MPG (28/29MPG on a hybrid rated to get 36/40)and was told to drive the car for a few months. This is totally ridiculous! No one bothered to tell me that I would have to do that when I bought the car, otherwise I never would have bought it. I took the care back a few days after buying it and Hicham brought out someone in mgt who said he would 'get me out of the car' if I wasn't satisfied. Well, I'm not and still await word on how this will happen. I took it back for an inspection a week ago tomorrow (6/26) but there were no loaners available. I was told by the service mgr and my salesman that someone would call me on Monday (6/29) so I could get a loaner and they would go over the car to see if they could find out what was wrong. I am still waiting for that call. Hicham also told me that he was working with his boss to figure out what they could do to get me out of the car. Again, I am still waiting to hear from him. This was the absolute worse experience buying a car ever. My trade in has been sold and the check has been sent to Suntrust. I am out money and stuck with a car I am not happy with. The dealership obviously could care less since I still haven't heard from any one. I won't be calling them anymore and instead of asking for 10's on the survey, provide 10 service! I walked into that dealership with good intentions and feel I was taken advantage of. I blame myself for that as I should have left when I didn't get the $$$ I was asking for on my trade. I bowed to the pressure and will regret that for as long as I live. I find the follow up from Hicham and the service manager unprofessional as again, I was told someone would contact me. I deserve to be treated better then this as a new customer. No matter how many times I come back, if I can show you there is a problem with the car, don't get an attitude with me! I should have been treated with more respect and understanding instead of lies. So no, I did not give any 10s in my survey as I was asked to do as they were not warranted. More
