Once I pulled up in my rental with my mother and 8 year old daughter I was instantly greeted by a young gentleman. Very kind and friendly. Kept my daughter part of the process and decision making even though I had already picked out the exact car I wanted! They made it possible for me to drive off the lot same day with the car I wanted. I have been so pleased with my Santa Fe that I was determined to buy another one. I have been shopping around and dropped by Cherokee Hyundai and found one that I liked very much. I returned to look at it again and it had been sold. I was very disappointed. Saj Janjooa worked very hard trying to find another Santa Fe for me. He found just the right one. It was newer and more well equipped that the previous one that I looked at. We worked with prices to my satisfaction and I bought it today and drove it home. I am happy with the service and the lack of pressure that I received. I will recommend Saj and Cherokee Hyundai to others. More

very long wait for a quick service after an appointment I scheduled an appointment online at 11:00 am, for a service I started only a few months prior but couldn't afford to finish at the time. I knew exact I scheduled an appointment online at 11:00 am, for a service I started only a few months prior but couldn't afford to finish at the time. I knew exactly what I needed and it was documented in my file. I got to the dealership service center 15 minutes prior to the appointed time. I told the service representative exactly what I needed then left my car (drop off). I was running errands with my mother within 10 minutes of the dealership because we both believe the service wouldn't take long. After 2 hours, I called the dealership to see if my car was ready for pickup but the phone was busy. So, after my mom and I finished with an errand, she dropped me off at the dealership at 2:30pm. After waiting for 30 minutes in the wait room, I had to find a representative to ask about my car. After he called the back office, I assume, my car was returned to me within 5 minutes. I worked during night shift and I have limited time. I believe if I didn'tinquire about my car, I am not confident that I would have received any notice. Also, I don't understand how it cost over $15 to change a battery for my auto security remote. More

I've been badgering Savannah, Saj, and Sam about the different specifications I wanted on the car long before I ever intended on actually buying it. I FINALLY bought my car last night, and I could not be happier!!! The whole team worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted, and I'm now driving an absolutely beautiful, like-new vehicle. When I finally had the money saved up I went into the dealership to look at the Elantra I had picked out. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me. Saj showed me a 2012 Elantra Limited in a color that I originally told him that I did not want. I ended up falling in love with it, and I got everything I wanted out of it and more! The features are amazing and I am on cloud nine. I want to say thank you to everyone at Cherokee Hyundai for all of their help in choosing my car! More
