very dishonest Told us we where approved for car per terms 300 down and 300 to 350 a month. Spoke with Savannah and Megan many times had trade in with negative equity they looked at car had all numbers. Filled out the credit app had everything they needed to do the deal and to honestly say if it was in parameters we were looking for or not. They assured me it was a done deal all we needed way to sign payment would be 300 to 350 per teams. When we get to the dealership Savannah says hi and puts us with a sellsman that doesn't have a clue about anything. So we have to reexplain everything to him. The car we wanted and put info was there drove it loved it however sellsman and staff was xxxx bent pushing us into the Sonata with over 50k miles on it. We came in to look at a veloster with 25k on it. But the icing on the cake is we went ahead and got insurance on the veloster and are out 161 you can get no refund on the insurance. The payment they came out with was 487 a month this is a far cry from 300 to 350. Feel very lied to out over $300 for all expenses said and done. Will never go there again and never recommend them for anyone else. Very dishonest dealership More
