Savannah Del ray, the Price Promise Representative and Cody Hudgins, the sales associate who was in direct interaction with us. Had it not been for expeditious callback and what seemed to be heart felt follow-up from Savannah following my True Price submission, I would have found myself at whatever other dealership that returned my call soonest. Once inside the dealership, I was introduced to Cody, who expressed the warmth and sincerity of a brother or close friend and yet was able to conduct business as the true professional that he ultimately proved himself to be. Throughout the entire experience my wife and I were made to feel at home and kept well informed on every step in the process. Furthermore, Cody’s knowledge and his desire for me to take full advantage of it were of great benefit as well. His knowledge of the Sonata as well as any model that I had about was simply amazing. Following the purchase, Cody availed himself to me if any questions arose, leaving me with a peace and confidence that I purchased a car from someone who believes in and stands by the product that he represents. The entire experience, although long, was actually a pleasure as a direct result of the efforts of these two professionals.
