Did not keep their commited sales terms - do not recommend Recently I went to buy 2015 Sonata after having conversations over phone and text messages. Agreed on one price and APR (o.9%) but later during financ Recently I went to buy 2015 Sonata after having conversations over phone and text messages. Agreed on one price and APR (o.9%) but later during financial processing changed the APR to 2.3 % despite having excellent credit and qualified for the Hyundai finance 0.9% APR for 60 months. When I did not agree to buy the car with their new terms of APR which costs me around additional $1100. Then they brought down little bit of APR to 1.95% still the financial charges are $1000. This is not fair deal and I have to back out. When the credit score is good why a person like to choose a higher interest rate and pay more on interest to the financial company? After spending hours at the store selecting the color of the car, accessories and all other paper work I have to come back empty and got disappointed. I texted and got confirmation on the price couple of times before I reached this dealer. I felt I got cheated. I do not recommend another to this dealer. More

We told them we would be making a final purchase within 4 days. We contacted them to tell them what exactly we wanted and too see if they could meet our needs. We never heard from them again. We walked into the Kennesaw dealership with hesitation seriously considering going with the other make we had been looking at but we were instantly greeted and sat and told Kevin exactly what we were looking for and he actually listened and even took notes. He then showed us only what we were looking for instead of wasting our time since we were pretty certain what we wanted. Within 2 hours or so everything was done and we were leaving with our new car. Having just been in an accident that totaled my 2013 vehicle and all the stress of that situation I sincerely appreciated the effort that was made to make sure that purchasing my new vehicle did not add any further stress. More

Prior to buying the car I corresponded with Arin and he was extremely receptive and walked me step by step in what I needed to do in order to purchase my first car! When I got to the dealership I was immediately greeted and Nic assisted me in completing all of my paperwork. He was extremely friendly and made me and my boyfriend laugh the entire time.
