When I knew it was time to get out of my car I started researching Hyundai dealerships in the Atlanta market. I went with Cherokee Hyundai based off the recommendation of a friend who previously worked with Jon Vaccaro. I called and he scheduled an appointment for me. When I arrived, the car I wanted to test drive was pulled up front in a VIP spot waiting for me. Jon showed me so many features I never knew about on the car. He really knows his stuff. The entire drive was educational. I knew it was what I wanted. The next surprise was the negotiation process. My mother is 84 year I gave the Dealership a "Great" rating because of their helpfulness and patience with me and my mother while she selected a car. My mother is 84 years old and wasn't sure exactly what type car she wanted. Her main criterion was for it to "sit" good. We went to the Hyundai dealership because Mama having sat in a Sonata of an acquaintance thought it might be the car for her. The person who met us at the door was Phil Lombardi. He was so patient and kind to my mother and let her sit in multiple cars. He even talked her into taking a test drive in one. She thought the Sonata would be great, but wanted to keep looking. Phil had the finance person give her some numbers for the purchase of a new 2014 because that is what she thought she wanted. Since it was a little out of her price range, Phil showed Mama a beautiful 2013 silver Sonata for her also to consider. It would come with the full 100,000 drive train warranty. We decided to shop a little more. I took mom to several other places to sit and try out cars. She kept coming back to the silver car Phil showed her. So, we went back the next week and the 2013 Silver Sonata was still available and had actually had a $1,000 price reduction. Mama bought the car and is very happy. Phil and the entire team were so sweet and helpful to me and my mother. I know we took up extra time, but no one seemed to mind. Thank you, Beth Jones More

They'll Take Care of You I was on the lookout for my first car ever on Memorial Day, and wanted something used. After going to places like CarMax, and other dealers, I stopped I was on the lookout for my first car ever on Memorial Day, and wanted something used. After going to places like CarMax, and other dealers, I stopped by this Hyundai dealer. I wasn't necessarily looking for a Hyundai but I just wanted a nice dependable car that could last a few years. While the other places were more interested in what I was willing to pay before I got a chance to look, my sales associate, Johnathan Vaccaro, was a bit different. Sure, price was an important factor, but he asked me what I was looking for to start with. He presented a 2007 Volskwagen Passat(Wolfsburg Edition) that was in great condition inside and out. We took it for a test drive, and I was sure I didn't want to go anywhere else for a car. When it came down to talking about payments, Johnathan and his manager did everything they could to get the price into range I was willing to pay. They did just that and we agreed to sign the deal. Johnathan made things even better by treating my wife and I to to lunch. We got out of there with a great payment, a great car, and a great experience without too much hassle. That's not all though. Unfortunately, after just about a week of driving, the Saturday after Memorial day, my a/c went out. Needless to say, I was a bit miffed and wanted answers. Again, there was no major issue. Johnathan was on vacation but got in touch with me when I told him about the issue, and said he'd take care of it when he got back. When I took it in, Johnathan actually drove the car to the nearby Volskwagen dealer to get a better idea of what was going on. In the meantime, I got a loaner car. The compressor needed to be replaced(Volskwagen guys said it was just a freak occurrence) and would cost almost $2000. The Hyundai team took care of the bill so when I went back to pick up my car, I just drove out in a few minutes with no problem. After those experiences, I'd be happy to go back to Cherokee Hyundai. They definitely went above and beyond. More
