While we have had good service and a long relationship in the past, that was not the case this time. Took the truck in for a minor service that had been done less than 4 years ago. When the Service Advisor, Ryan Peters, called for approval, he was asked to look at the service that was done previously. He said his Manager was not able to adjust the price of the parts because they were no longer under warranty but would be willing to adjust the labor charges. Received an email quote from Ryan that said the total service repair estimate was $614, the invoice had another total of $762 and we were charged $971. Called and talked to Ryan about the different totals, and that the labor reduction he promised, was not reflected on the invoice. He said the different totals were likely because they have two systems that don't talk to each other and that he would see what he could do to make it right. Five days later, I have heard nothing.
