Super awesome buying experience! I originally chose Hyundai of Kirkland because they have a HUGE inventory. They certainly did not disappoint. David Kim, the online sales manager re I originally chose Hyundai of Kirkland because they have a HUGE inventory. They certainly did not disappoint. David Kim, the online sales manager responded almost immediately via email to introduce himself and he was friendly and professional once I arrived for my appointment. The showroom is also comfortable and I really like that they keep most of the inventory on the lot open during the day. When I was waiting (which was never too long) I was able to look around at other vehicles and I thought it was a fun way to pass the time. I hate peering into windows when I can't actually sit inside and look at things. I told them flat out what I needed my payment to be at or under and they were honest and straightforward with me about my options. I felt totally at ease with the whole process. More
