Sleazy, surprisingly rude Some dealers are completely sleazy, this is one of the worst offenders. They will hook you along, wear you down with hours of time wasting, and then try to slip in bogus fees once you are tired and just want it all to end. The Salesman, Jessie K. outright lied to me. I eventually politely called him out on it, then he boldly admitted to his lie and followed up with "well there's nothing we can do about that" - not even remove the bogus "Security fee" he was trying to stick me with at the time. Don't waste your time, because they will waste a lot of your time and once the deal is almost closed stick you with everything they've got. Backstory: I called in about a used car. I asked some pointed questions about the condition of the car and "will you come down on the price?" After walking out to look at the vehicle Jessie called back and said the car had "no rock chips" and "two scratches", and that yes "we will come down on the price". He didn't say they would "work with me", he expressly told me they would come down. I showed up. The car has 30-50 rock chips all over the hood and bumper and innumerable scratches. I can forgive a salesman for lying about the condition of the car, it's somewhat expected. Jessie K. and I got along really well in spite of that, seemed like a nice guy. After way too much time we were finally in the home stretch and started talking about the price, he immediately flipped a switch and became incredibly rude. They would not budge even a single dollar to honor his promise. That's when he admitted to promising they would "come down on the price" and said "nothing we can do", the listed price is final. I asked them to at least remove the $200 "Security fee" or one of the other fees. They said no. I finally asked if I could speak to his manager about the false promises. Jessie said that anything I needed to say about him I could tell him and he would pass it along to the manager. Obviously I had to walk at that point. Seriously, run away from this store. Any other place is better. Their lies cost me so many hours of time, an entire day off work, and a 200 mile drive. At the very least avoid Jessie K. But, my experience left me wondering if the management there encourages this conniving atmosphere. More

His knowledge about Hyundai's was exceptional and he showed us everything we needed to know about the car without even having to ask. Run far away I regret ever walking in the doors of this godforsaken money pit. They rushed me through paperwork, fudged numbers on the paperwork to increase the amounts, and sold me a car that was broken in many ways. Dongwoo Aka david kim was only interested in my money. He talked on the phone with other customers while on a test drive with me, straight up lied and said he couldn't smell any smoke when the car wreaked of it and rushed me through things. He avoided showing me the lock on the car which when I got home I found was busted, so that was almost $100 straight off the lot. Come to find out the oil hadn't been changed in over 6000 miles even though it had been "Detailed and inspected" There were rat poison packs stuffed in the engine, the oil pan was dented and the flooring in the trunk wasn't fully assembled. They took a week to find the second key, then after asking if the lock was broken when he opened the car to test drive it he never replied. I have emailed and called them and their finance department many times to no reply. The only way to get a customer service rep to reply was to go on the website and complain through there till I got a reply about cancelling my service contract. If they weren't going to even change the oil when they got it I don't want them anywhere near my car. So after filling out the paperwork and sending it back to the email they told me to I never got a reply. So after a few days I sent a few emails asking if anyone could confirm they had gotten it. No reply. So I drive down there and the finance guy wasn't in yet at almost 10 am. So I left a note saying for them to call me as soon as he was in, Nothing. So the next day I call in and ask again for finance, I am "Transferred" and then the wrong guy answers, says he will transfer me to the right guy, then click, they hung up on me. So I call back, same routine except this time I get the voice mail. So I leave a message and call back again and tell the receptionist all this and hang up sick of the run around. I have now sent my cancellation multiple times still with nor reply. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB and going down there in person to settle this. If I could go back in time and stop myself from ever setting foot in that xxxx hole I would gladly do so. Save yourself a LOT of time and money and RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I am unfortunately stuck with them but the minute I pay off this car and drive off I will be a happy man, because I never have to set foot there again. Stay away! More

We got such an incredible deal on a brand new Elantra and I couldn't be happier. Russ helped make sure we got the best deal possible and made the experience so enjoyable! He was quick and efficient and did such an excellent job! The financial guy we worked with was amazing as well. He got through all the paperwork very efficiently, explaining everything and made it SO quick and painless! He also got me a great rate of interest on my loan!
