2011 Toyota Tundra Fiasco Had a great working relationship with sales representative Chris Werenka. He saved this deal. His customer service was outstanding and if it had not been for him going the extra mile, we would have gone elsehwere. The finance guy "Cory" low-balled us on our trade-in and high-balled the price on the Tundra. When I walked over and told the finance guy he insulted me, he got mad at me! This guy should be fired. The Tundra was on the lot to be sold but yet the rear view camera and power mirrors were non-operational. If I had not crawled under the truck to look, I think Ford of Kirkland would have been happy to go ahead and sell me the truck, even though it had been safety checked and there were these problems. If you use Ford of Kirkland, speak to Chris "Old Spice" as he will handle all the typical car sales stuff. I'd buy another car from him! More

I Got a Great Deal from a Great Guy I went to see Michael Sylvan to look at a used truck I was interested in. Michael showed me the truck and let my friend and I test drive it by oursel I went to see Michael Sylvan to look at a used truck I was interested in. Michael showed me the truck and let my friend and I test drive it by ourselves which allowed us to put it through its paces and give it a very thorough inspection. On our return he presented his offer and was very understanding and patient with my concerns about the vehicle and my aggressive counter-offer. Where I expected the typical car-salesman xx, Michael was honest and straightforward and not pushy. We eventually came to an agreement we both could live with. After the deal, while waiting for the finance appointment, he invited my friend and I across the street for a beer where we talked for a while. Michael proved to be a decent guy before and even after the deal was done. Honestly, I couldn't have expected better. I wish him the best and I would have no problem working with him again. More

Bellingham is about 2 hours north of Kirkland WA. So we got in a our car that we were going to trade. We got to the dealership and met Sonny Sundra . He was very upfront and honest about the truck we had inquired on and gave his honest opinion. We drove it and we liked it. He even got us all the service records and carfax. Never have we had a more fast and professional car buying experience ever.
