Our sales person, Chris W. ,( Old Spice) ), listened to what we could afford and then asked us what we really wanted. He took us to the lot and showed us a car in the "what we really wanted" category and ended up giving us a great and affordable deal. We could not have been treated better or with more consideration. All Around Wonderful Experience This was my first experience buying a new car. At the end of it all, I was so happy that I got to work with Aaron Viggers as my salesman. I brought my dad to look at cars with me since I wasn't too sure about what sort of smooth-talking salesperson I would get. We were both really happy with the way Aaron helped us. He listened and asked me questions about the things that were important to me in a new car. He didn't try to talk me into a bunch of extra things I wasn't interested in. He just helped me find a car that was perfect for what I wanted. When it came time to talk about prices and discounts, Aaron made sure to only include things that I qualified for, and mentioned others that could be added, pending approval. It was nice to know that he wasn't going to pull away discounts after we found a price I was happy with. The whole team at Hyundai of Kirkland was really great to work with. Everyone I saw was smiling or laughing and working hard to make their customers happy. I came in around 4 or 4:30, and got to leave just before 7 with a new car that still makes me smile every day :) More

I went to Ford of Kirkland because the sales man ( Myles ) was so professional and courteous on the phone and went to work for me right away looking for a good car loan. He had me pr- approved the same hour I called. He was very understanding of what I had been through financially, and knew how to go about getting a very fair loan for me. When I arrived for our meeting, he had already gathered a few cars that fit what I had told him I wanted, and all I had to do was test drive and pick one. I had not thought I would be leaving with a car that day..and definitely not as nice as the one I bought, and the payments are much lower than I had expected as well. All the people who work there were so very courteous and helpful. Then, before I signed the papers, Myles made sure I really wanted the car and that I was going to leave happy. I sure did !!! I love my vehicle !!! Thank you Myles !!! More
