This was the last dealership my wife and I stopped at. Kathryn Young was our Sales Consultant. She didn't ask us what car we were interested in buying, but "What are you looking for in your next car?" We Kathryn Young was our Sales Consultant. She didn't ask us what car we were interested in buying, but "What are you looking for in your next car?" We were interested in best price and comfort, but undecided between two models. She explained the Elantra's pros and cons to the Sonata's: from size, ease of parking, gas mileage, all the exterior and interior features, whether there was a spare or no spare tire in the trunk, to the high gain antenna, back leg room, wheel and seat adjustment, safety features, engine compartment, the radio settings, blueLink navigation . . . et cetera. She could have been on the Hyundai design team. I say that because she didn't act like a bored salesperson. She had enthusiasm for these cars. Not only did she know the products inside and out, she answered all our questions before we asked, and filled us in on details we didn't know. Just when I thought we were done Kathryn insisted on test driving both cars starting with the Elantra that I chose first. Although we were sold on the Elantra's impressive ride and lower price, we took out the Sonata. It was awesome. I can now tell the Elantras and Sonatas apart. The only problem to get over now was the dreaded price negotiations. Thi Nguyen, the Sales Manager, came out to introduce himself and started asking about which car and color we preferred. My wife said that we were interested in best price not color. Right away Thi said, "I like that. Direct! Okay, here's my best price and an additional $2000 in matching funds." I couldn't believe it. I was thinking - THAT was EASY! Then, Kathryn took us back out to the lot and said pick the Sonata you like the best. We got a fully loaded Sonata Hybrid for the MSRP of a not fully loaded Elantra. Just when I thought that's got to be the best, we were ushered over to see the Finance Manager, Drew. We loved this guys personality. I'm 60 years old and have bought and sold dozens of personal cars, but this was the best buying experience barring none. Parting with this much money is always bitter-sweet, but Drew took the bitter out of the emotions. We feel we were treated great by all employees we encountered. The big difference was they all had pleasant personalities and really enjoyed what they were doing. That makes a customer for life. I just got a call from Christina Segovia in Service. I've never met her in person but she was very pleasant. I also purchased a Xzilon X4 Appearance Protection package. That's why Christina was calling. You never have to wax your car and it also protects the interior. If I told you you wouldn't believe it. Get down to Ford/Hyundai of Kirkland and see for yourself. They demo this stuff on brand new cars: they light the hood on fire after they ask you to spray paint it. Then they ask you to wipe off the burnt paint and the paint remaining. You need to feel it and see it to believe it. More

They made the process simple and easy, came in, received the lease numbers, and then two days later had an appointment with Jessica to pick out the exact color my wife wanted.
