I have a very poor and unprofessional experience at this dealership. Not only is the finance department over booked and time consuming, the professionalism is very lacking. I spent numerous days trying to communicate with the sales representative via email and phone calls to no avail. We had settled on a price, and we were to move forward with the financing and then the ball was dropped. After initial communication with a sales rep, multiple different people reached out to me hoping to start the financing process and non of them had any idea where I was in the process. I totally understand the need to delegate tasks for a transaction to take place, but everyone should at the very least be on the same page. Needless to say, they have not earned my business and I shall look elsewhere for a more professional and streamlined dealer. While this may be the black sheep review of the dealer, I feel my experience was a crystal clear image of how this dealers reputation will evolve to. More

Avoid this place like the plague!!! They apply very dishonest sales practices in a very aggressive manner. The price was not even close. As I mentioned this discrepancy, the salesperson went to a different room to talk to the "sales manager" and offered me a new deal. He did this 3 TIMES, 3 DIFFERENT PRICES. I have leased several new cars in my life and have never seen any dealership/salespeople act in such a dishonest manner. And don't even bother trying to report this to the dealer "managers". They are just as unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! Go to another Huyndai dealer, it is worth the drive. More
