I was communicating with Dan Lozott via email and text long before I came to the dealership to finalize on which vehicle I wanted and the finance details. Dan was incredibly patient as I had him finding details and running numbers for one Edge and three different F-150s. He even found a 4th one that had the gray interior I thought I wanted. I really appreciated his willingness to engage in any forum that worked for me as well as doing a lot of leg work long before I even came into the dealership. Once I came to the dealership, Dan's job was far from over as I continued to weigh the options of the vehicles against what I really wanted. After working through details on 5 different vehicles over 2 hours, I was ready to go to deal. Dan was just terrific throughout this whole purchasing process. He was able to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted in a deal that worked for me. I really appreciated his friendly, engaging work style. I once again enjoyed working with him! I called Raleigh Fouch at Ford of Kirkland and explained my situation. I wanted to get into a used vehicle as soon as possible. With the interest rates as low as they are, we decided to get a new Ford Foc my situation. I wanted to get into a used vehicle as soon as possible. I wasn't expecting to hear back from him the same day with an approval, but within a few hours I had my approval and made my way to the store. We had come to Ford of Kirkland early this year to look the new Fusion. After spending months researching and renting one, then took a trip to Spokane in it , It sold me right then and there. I came to the the new Fusion. After spending months researching and renting one, then took a trip to Spokane in it , It sold me right then and there. I came to the dealership and was greeted by a sales guy who just left me after 10 minutes. Then I was approached by Sonny and he showed me the model I was looking for and not what the sales guy who I had before wanted me to buy because of the hybrid and its features that I did not need. Sonny was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and making me feel comfortable without being pushed into it.
