My husband and I had been looking for a car for a while and had visited a few dealerships. On Friday evening we just happened to come across this particular one in Kirkland. We were greeted by Kathryn and and had visited a few dealerships. On Friday evening we just happened to come across this particular one in Kirkland. We were greeted by Kathryn and she patiently heard what we were looking for and showed us a few cars. She has a very un intrusive approach and that put us at ease. We checked a few cars but the one we liked did not fit our budget. Kathryn tried her best to look for the best options for us. We left that evening without a car but with a promise that if something did come in she would be in touch. Kathryn called us the following day to let us know that she had something for us. We arrived at the dealership and it was the car we looking for. The process from that point on was seamless. Ian, Kathryn and the gentleman in the finance dept took care of everything and we were out the door with our beautiful Hyundai Sonata. The experience was a smooth one with no hiccups and a lovely group photo in the end. More

It was a frustrating experience and we couldn't find the right one. Finally we noticed one at Kirkland Ford in Washington and called and talked to Greg. He sent us good detailed pics and gave us his honest perspective of the cars condition. My wife and I were skeptical; we normally don't trust dealerships and steer our car purchases to private party. Greg earnestly afforded us his view of the car and verbally assured us we'd be pleasantly surprised of its condition if we drove up to Kirkland to see it. It was a three hour drive and we certainly didn't want to drive 6 hours and be disappointed. We decided to go and quickly we're happy to see that Greg was right. The vehicle did exceed our expectations. We appreciate Greg's thoughtfulness and honesty in his description over the phone. More

Upon returning on the 2nd visit, Dave not only remembered my Daughter and I, he was able to locate the exact car we wanted that day and helped us work an excellent deal. The car had to be brought in from out of town that night, and Dave had it prepped and delivered to us the very next day.
