Our experience with "Boston J" as Hyundai for Kirkland was excellent. He spend a lot of time showing the features of the car to us. "Boston J" listen to our needs that plan a test route that allows us to test drive the car in the conditions (e.g. hill and highway) that we will be driving the car in. "Boston J" is great he even spent time trying to look for another car for me to test drive, a car that I am curious about but not intending to buy. Price negotiation was easy, no mark up gimmicks. no hassle. Our questions or concerns with regards to the loan process were answered. The closing process went very smoothly. Paper work is simple. After the sale "Boston J" spent time walking me through the equipment of the car, showing me how to setup the radio and bluetooth. We test the equipment and make sure that things are working fine. As an expat moving from the U.K to America with zero credit history, no social security number and limited time I expected to find some issues obtaining two new cars.. especially as one of them - the ne credit history, no social security number and limited time I expected to find some issues obtaining two new cars.. especially as one of them - the new 6seater Sante Fe had not yet been released in any significant numbers. After spending considerable time dealing with another Hyundai dealer who whilst very helpful were ultimately unable to close the deal I had all but given up. Thankfully they hooked me up with Jason 'Boston J' Perry and the problems were consigned to history. I met Jason on the Sunday - we closed the deal for my wifes car on the Tuesday (received on the Thursday) and we were back on the road. Whilst sourcing the Sante Fe proved slightly more problematic Jason was true to his word and not only kept me upto date with progress daily but exceeded my expectations. A week later he pulled some strings, worked his magic and one phone call later my new car was at the dealership. We picked up the Sante Fe last Tuesday and my wife myself and two kids have just returned from a 500mile round trip to Whistler. The snow was great and as my 6 year old said the car is 'epic'. I'd given up a brand new Mercedes E350 in the U.K and didn't think any other car could compare. How wrong I was. Not only is the Santé Fe 30,000dollars cheaper (yes 30,000) but its better in many ways. If you don't believe me then drive one. Thanks 'Boston J' you're the man. The Freeman family. More

I came to the dealership to test drive the Veloster Turbo with the Ultimate Package they had, since it was the only one in the state. It was black though, and I decided that I didn't want to pay the extra $ with the Ultimate Package they had, since it was the only one in the state. Erin, then had a Marathon Blue Veloster turbo driven up to the dealership which I was able to drive home the next day. Even thought she wasn't aware of the Hyundai Circle pricing, or the Motozuma price match, I was able to use both, and actually used her computer to print out the documents needed. I came into the dealership to take a look at trading in my 2013 SantaFe for the 2013 Elantra. When I walked in I was greeted by Kathryn Young, who was very sweet. She tried to find my original sales person my 2013 SantaFe for the 2013 Elantra. When I walked in I was greeted by Kathryn Young, who was very sweet. She tried to find my original sales person, but they were no longer working there. So she said she would help me. She was amazing!! Very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We took the car that I had looked at online for a test drive. When we got back, I asked if it came in a different interior color. We looked at several different combinations, until I found the one that I wanted. She was very pleasant and patient as I made my decision. This is my 3rd Hyundai I've purchased from this dealership, and although all experiences were pleasant, she by far made me feel the most comfortable and at ease. Working in sales and as a sales manger for over 11 years, I know how I want to be treated as a customer. Kathryn is a great addition to your team and you are very lucky to have her! We were so glad to have chosen HoK to buy our new car. Kathryn was our sales person, and she was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable during the test drive, pointing out tons of features we didn't know existed. She sent a text message thanking us for coming in. When we returned, she immediately got to work finding us the best deal for our car. She held my baby while I filled in my BlueLink information (she even cleaned up my baby's spit up off the floor! 10 Stars!!!) She stayed WAY past the end of her shift to help us and to make sure that we knew how to work all the basic functions in our new car before we left the lot.
