I came to this dealership to get a new car (my poor car was 13 years old) and I received excellent customer service from Kathryn Young and Thi Nguyen. P.S. When I bought my new car there was a deep scratch on the back bumper and they got it into a body shop ASAP. It was repaired with no hassles and they put me in a rental. My wife and I went to Ford of Kirkland to test drive the Cmax Energi and the Ford Focus Electric. The initial web contact directed me to Greg who called me the night before we came in. He let me know abou Cmax Energi and the Ford Focus Electric. The initial web contact directed me to Greg who called me the night before we came in. He let me know about the President's day lease deal on the FFE for $199/month which got our attention. We came in early Saturday and were test driving a Black FFE within 20 minutes. Greg was great, highly knowledgable and a fun guy. We let him know that we were going to Nissan to test drive the leaf and took off. We drove the Leaf and also went to Chevy to drive the volt. No one could match the deal and Greg was the nicest guy we saw all day. So after a discussion at home we headed back to Greg and he hooked us up. We drove the FFE home that day. I have been very happy. Service has been good as well, I am going in Monday to get the paint treatment I ordered and Ford has been great so far. More

Soon as I walked up to the front of Hyundai of Kirkland I was greeted by a very nice, friendly Sales rep named Kathryn Young. Kathryn made me feel very comfortable at "Hyundai of Kirkland" which was a first at any dealership for me. Through the whole car buying process, Kathryn gave more than 100% customer service and I couldn't ask for anything more.
