While shopping for a new car, we had a couple of bad experiences with other dealerships. But, with Ford of Kirkland, and specifically Jay Daley our sales-person, we were treated with respect and courtes experiences with other dealerships. But, with Ford of Kirkland, and specifically Jay Daley our sales-person, we were treated with respect and courtesy befitting the status of valued customers. We truly felt like our needs and wants in a vehicle were listened to and addressed. Jay Daley went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with a vehicle, without trying to push a more expensive car on us. During our trip to Ford of Kirkland, we noticed that every employee with whom we interacted was very friendly towards us and other customers, too. This dealership is operated as though every customer is a VIP and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I will definitely be a return customer! I highly recommend Jay Daley as a salesman because of his patience with us, his commitment to Ford products (as seen by the amount of knowledge he had about the company, it's history, and the direction and focus that Ford places on quality, even in comparison to other manufacturers!) and his all-around demeanor when it came to assessing our needs as customers. He suggested we being our Veloster by and see what we could work out. When we came back Marlon Simedou helped us with our trade-in and the offer truly did exceed our expectations. Went to Hyundai at Kirkland at the tail end of a used-car search which had taken us to big (and small) dealerships across Seattle. When we got to Hyundai we were greeted by Aaron Viggers who was very friend search which had taken us to big (and small) dealerships across Seattle. When we got to Hyundai we were greeted by Aaron Viggers who was very friendly and understanding. We did a couple of test drives and focused in on a late model Elantra that was clean and efficient. Nonetheless, it was slightly above the budget - but the people at Kirkland were very accomodating, and non-judgemental when dealing with our budgets, and after some negotiations we finally managed to settle for a great price that we were both happy with! I have to commend the team at Kirkland for their patience in showing us multiple options, being very supportive of our decisions and giving us enough space to truly make that important decision - not pressure cooking us into something we didn't want. If you need a no-nonsense dealer and a guy who really knows his stuff, look no further than Aaron! In the short amount of time we spent at the showroom, we not only talked business, we also became friends! We went to several dealerships from Bremerton to Kirkland and spoke to numerous people via the telephone. And we were not disappointed. We bought a 2013 accent in Seahawk green(go hawks). Aaron and his team worked with our budget,got our payments affordable. My wife and I went into Ford of Kirkland and was greeted by Dave Belmondo and we were very pleased to see how sincerely friendly he was (He did not have that hungry sales look). Dave was patient with us and answered all our questions and listened to exactly what we wanted. We thought we lucked out with this salesperson. Now we knew we would have to deal with the finance person (we were not looking forward to that). To our surprise Chris Polk sat down with us and was not what we expected. I would recommend Dan Lozott for your new car purchase anytime. He's not pushy and goes out of his way to get you the car you want.
