This was my first experience buying a car, so I have nothing else to compare it to. My parents however, were very impressed with how efficient and quick the process was. Don was very knowledgeable about the car that I was looking at, as well as very attentive to making sure I knew how to use all of the features that are on my car. He even called the day after I bought the car to tell me how to use a feature that he had forgotten about when I was there. I also like the fact that Don is willing to find out more information about how I would go about adding a sunroof to my car. My parents and I also noticed that the same quality of customer service was being extended to all the the other customers that were present the day I bought my car. More
