I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership - repeat business, not from me. They sold me a car that they don't know how to service. What's the big deal, you ask? Well, the car has issues - the repeat business, not from me. They sold me a car that they don't know how to service. What's the big deal, you ask? Well, the car has issues - the alignment is completely whacked & needs two new front tires, the right headlight doesn't work & didn't when I purchased the car (a $280-$500 fix), the car stopped running after one week of owning. I called them to discuss and was told to bring it back in (reluctantly). What did they do - well, the finance manager drove it around and claimed it was fine. She runs finance not service - what does she know? Did they even look at the headlight issue or the engine problem? Nope - cause she drove it and said it was fine. And when I decided that I would just have to eat it and pay for the headlight - I was told by service that the Toyota dealership would need to make the repair as FOK doesn't know how to maintenance a Prius. You sold me the car - you don't know how to maintenance it? Are you kidding? Why sell a car if you can't even make the minor repairs? How do I know what kind of problems exist from the get go if you can't even check it out for the basics? I've owned the car for three months and am very disappointed. NEVER EVER again. And you know what, I've now told my story to all of you as well as all of my friends and several other review sites. Maybe this will stop someone else from making the same mistake that I did. Pay the $$ to have the car inspected prior to buying - especially from Ford of Kirkland. More

I had this phenomenal internet sales experience for a super big item (a brand new SONOTA 2011) and all my negotiations and bidding went through without the slightest hitch. This was so good I thought I must write about it.Now, I am a believer. Some big items can still be bought over the web with hassle-free negotiations over the web so long as the person at the other end of the line is the likes of David Kim (the manager that I dealt with). I do recommend him. If you want a Hyundai wheeler, go to Hyundai of Kirkland Dealership and try this guy out and I am certain that you'll be happy you did. -CMF More

This dealership did everything they could to try to find me a vehicle--they called other dealerships multiple times to negotiate a dealer trade; they offered similar (but not identical) cars below invoice; they even calculated the costs of installing an AC and Cruise Control to a more base model. I wish I could have purchased from them. The salespeople were very patient and never pushy. They never put down other cars that I was considering, but provided me with facts about Hyundai instead. Their low pressure, relaxed atmosphere is exactly why they earn a recommendation from me. More
Ryan was FANTASTIC to work with, he was able to get us financed and out the door with exactly what we wanted. He was great. Taylor was great too with our kids, they kept her entertained, but not distract financed and out the door with exactly what we wanted. He was great. We did a lot of research when we went to purchase our new car. We chose the Ford Focus because of its overall good rating for American made small cars and because of the sync system which allows me to make a car. It also has a nice turn by turn direction feature. For a small car, the look is great, and the car feels really sturdy. I'm local to the Kirkland area and contacted Ford of Kirkland via the web. Dan Lazott, at FOK returned my inquiry promptly. He had several cars which were a good fit. Through a number of visits and test drives, Dan helped me to pick out the car that was right for my needs and fit my budget. I'm extremely happy with my experience and would recommend the nice folks at Ford of Kirkland and Dan Lazott to anyone who is in the market. More
I've worked with Ford of Kirkland in the past, and found them to be very friendly, helpful, and easy going. I don't usually give "Great" ratings unless people go above and beyond. In the "Friendliness" category, Ford of Kirkland definitely went above and beyond. They were cheerful, easy going, and kept the mood light. For the other "Good" categories, Ford of Kirkland met my expectations, and were better than other dealers I have worked with in the past. As for price, it is hard to rate. The typical process of the salesman going back and forth with the sales manager feels like a game. I'd rather just sit down, be given a price, and that's it. Haggling is tiresome and frustrating. I wanted a much lower price, and feel I got a fair price. But I wanted a better price. More
I drove 70+ miles to come to Hyundai of Kirkland as they were the Costco recommended dealer. My wife and I were met by Randy Elkin (primarily) and John Lee. We told Randy what we were looking for and in just a few minutes he brought the new 2010 Hyundai up for a test drive. The presentation of the car, by Randy, was thorough and very professionally done. He completely described the features and important details of the car without being pushy or in a hurry to make a sale. To top everything off I feel like we got an excellent deal on a car that is actually an upgrade from what I was looking for. To summarize Randy Elkin and John Lee were both examples of what I expect good customer service to be. Their professionalism and friendly approach made the overall experience of buying a new car one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. On the basis of my contact with Randy and John I would return to this dealer to buy another vehicle and I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. More
